Buddy Up: Free Training Runs

Join our free training runs in September, learn to tackle this 5K with assurance. Free training runs will be held at the Optimal Health Center office beginning Tuesday September 7th at 5:00pm and running through race week. No registration necessary.

About Optimal Health Center:

Optimal Health Center is proud to be hosting the first annual "5K Run/Walk For Wellness” in Yardley. Our run will be held on Sunday October 10, 2010 at Charles Boehm Middle School from at 8:30 AM. The 5K Run/Walk For Wellness is an event focusing on educating the members of our community on very important information which is critical to the total wellness for our residents. We will be sharing an array of information on health, safety, environmental and financial wellness. Be sure to sign up for a free website membership and receive wellness tips and updates about other upcoming Optimal Health Center events.
